We’ve answered hundreds of these from brands at every stage. If yours isn’t here, just ask — we don’t believe in dodging the hard ones.
What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style, per color. That’s intentional — we built our setup so streetwear startups and small D2C brands can test the market without committing to huge runs. Bigger orders obviously get better unit pricing.
How long does production take?
For most orders, it’s 3–4 weeks from sample sign-off to ready-to-ship. Complex pieces (technical activewear, heavy embroidery, garment wash) can run 5–6 weeks. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline upfront — no surprise delays mid-project.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — and you should. We make a fit sample before any bulk run, usually within a week. You wear it, wash it, pull at the seams. We tweak until it’s right. The sample fee is credited back when you confirm bulk.
Do you work with new brands, or only established ones?
Both. Some of our longest clients started with a 50-piece test run. Others place 50,000-piece seasonal drops. What matters to us is whether you’re serious about your product — not your follower count.
Can you handle private label, custom labels, and packaging?
Absolutely. Woven labels, heat transfer tags, hangtags, custom polybags, branded boxes — we do it all in-house. Send us your brand assets and we’ll match them piece by piece.
What about shipping and tariffs?
We ship worldwide by air, sea, or express, and we can work with your forwarder or arrange it ourselves. For brands worried about U.S. or EU tariffs, our Cambodia facility produces eligible categories under preferential trade terms — ask us how that fits your project.
Will you sign an NDA to protect my designs?
Yes, always. Your tech packs, sketches, and sample garments are confidential by default — and we’re happy to formalize it with an NDA before you share anything. We’ve never built our reputation by copying.
How does payment work?
We typically take a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. Exact terms depend on your order size, payment method, and how long we’ve worked together — we’re flexible for repeat clients. We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards.
